Breathwork is a safe potent way to optimize breathing and lower stress. It will bring energy and peacefulness to the birthing process. Breathwork boosts the immune system and oxygenates every cell in your body. We will work to get the breath low in the belly which is also wonderful for birthing. This breath prepares mother and baby for a beautiful birth.
