I provide group and private education to help expecting and new parents feel empowered and prepared for childbirth, breastfeeding, sleep, and early parenting. My prenatal classes include childbirth education series, prenatal breastfeeding classes, and classes on understanding infant sleep. I also offer support to breastfeeding parents as they prepare to return to work as well as gentle, holistic coaching on family sleep. I am passionate about supporting families, in all the diverse forms they take, as they navigate the joys and challenges of becoming parents. allows them to make the best decision for their family.
