I am an Occupational Therapist, a John F. Barnes Myofascial Release practitioner, a Craniofascial Therapist, and a mom of two young girls. I have dealt with the struggles of trying to nurse a baby who suffers from severe reflux and breastfeeding issues, while attempting to hold it together with less than 3 hours of sleep. I have treated babies with reflux, breastfeeding problems, and developmental disabilities and their mommies. My methods are gentle, effective, and can have long-lasting effects. Because I understand how hard it is just to get dressed and get out of the door sometimes, I will come to your home and can treat both mother and baby. I will also teach you safe and effective techniques for helping yourself and your baby, in order to continue your healing.

For more information on these unique approaches to therapy, please visit www.myofascialrelease.com and www.gillespieapproach.com
